Offset Finally Admits He Lied About Cardi B Cheating On Him: 'I Was Really Lit That Night'

... CARDI B DIDN'T TALK TO ME!!!

Offset is confessing that his part in the recent public spat with Cardi B may have been the result of too much drinking... and he wants fans to know he's a member of the "happy wife, happy life" club.

If you'll recall, Offset hinted that Cardi cheated on him — with someone famous — but backtracked on those comments on Monday as he discussed the public outburst with Angela Yee.

Offset blamed Cardi's New York upbringing for provoking his rage with his "pitbull mouth," but admits he was high on tequila and alluded to lying in the heat of the moment.

He claims that deleting the social media post meant he wasn't telling the truth.

Cardi also denied Offset's allegations in an inflammatory response, and the two ended up reconciling, most recently releasing their latest duet... a track aptly titled "Jealously." Offset explained that he and Cardi are still husband and wife even when the cameras aren't rolling, and social media trolls affect their marriage whether he likes it or not. He says that if Cardi had really cheated, not only would he be unable to get over the cheating... he would go after the guy next to her!!!

As for his own cheating, Offset blamed immaturity and bias for this bad decision in the past.
