The Weeknd told fans who claimed he hates "Dawn FM".

The Weeknd has responded to a fan theory that he hates his latest album, Dawn FM, compared to his previous project, "After Hours". The Canadian singer talked to fans about the idea on Twitter on Sunday night. “I feel like the Dawn FM era hasn't had the time to shine as it deserves,” wrote one user. The Weekend replied: "Really? Not sure I agree… maybe elaborate?” When told that he hates “Dawn FM”, he replied: “??? Is not true! One of my favorites, without a doubt.”

Another fan said he wished "Dawn FM" received more love, to which The Weeknd argued: "It had the same amount of music videos as after hours. Maybe one less? A universe.

The Weeknd backed "Dawn FM" with four singles when released, including "Take My Breath", "Sacrifice", "Out of Time" and "Less than Zero". However, he combined a tour for the project with After Hours, which was titled the After Hours Till Dawn Tour.

In related news, The Weeknd revealed inspirations for the soundtrack of 'The Idol'. This new series will premiere on June 4th of this year. Furthermore, it was co-created by Sam Levinson, who is the man behind “Euphoria”. With HBO behind it as well, you can imagine there's a lot of hype at play. However, there is also a lot of turmoil surrounding the show. Overall, there were several accusations of behind-the-scenes wrongdoing.
