According to sources, it looks like rapper Kanye West has had enough of Instagram for now.
This Tuesday April 18, Kanye West made his last post on Instagram, saying that he would take a break from the social network. In his post, the rapper shared a screenshot of the Instagram deactivation page with confirmation of the temporary deletion of his account. Shortly after sharing the post, Ye pulled the trigger and deactivated her popular account.
Last 3 months, Kanye's Instagram account was suspended for 24 hours for violating the app's policies on hate speech, bullying and harassment. The suspension came after Ye made several posts insulting Kim Kardashian's then-boyfriend, comedian Pete Davidson.
Ye was also banned or expelled from Twitter in 2022 after making anti-Semitic remarks. But late after, Kanye returned to being active on Instagram last winter as he made anti-Semitic comments on social media. Ye took a break after the backlash and returned last month with a confusing post.
Rapper Kanye West recently made headlines after reports surfaced that his 2024 presidential bid is off, with infighting among his inner circle and officials turning against each other.
