   Taj Mahal, Agra:

This mausoleum in Agra is considered to be the most beautiful building in the world. It was built by Shah Jahan as a memorial to his wife Mumtaz Mahal. The Taj Mahal is actually made up of two buildings: one for Mumtaz and another for their two sons (who both died before they could see their parents' burial place). 

It's a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has been featured on stamps, coins, and other forms of media around the world;

   Red Fort, Delhi:

Red Fort is a historical fort in Delhi, India, that was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1639. It lies on the western side of the Yamuna River. It is currently used as a museum and palace for visiting dignitaries and foreign tourists.

The fort was originally known as "Aiwan-e-Sultani", meaning "the King's palace" or "King's Residence". The Red Fort has been the site of several battles including:

During this battle, British forces were defeated by the Indian rebels and forced to flee from Delhi.

   Golden Temple, Amritsar:

The Golden Temple is a gurudwara in Amritsar, Punjab, India. It is one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Sikhs and has been visited by many Hindus as well. The temple complex houses the Harmandir Sahib - also known as "the Golden Temple" - which was founded in 1577 by tenth Sikh guru Guru Ram Das ji who had earlier established Anandpur Sahib as his headquarters before moving to Delhi where he died in 1675.

The Harmandir Sahib is an example of Sikh architecture and is famous for its beauty and grandeur. The temple complex houses many buildings, most notable of which is the Akal Takhat building (meaning "the throne of God"), which was built in 1609 by Guru Hargobind ji.

The Golden Temple is also known as "Har Mandir Sahib" which means "Temple of God". It is a place where Sikhs go to worship and pray. The Harmandir Sahib was founded by Guru Ram Das ji in 1577 and was later expanded by Guru Arjan Dev ji between 1601-1604.

Jama Masjid, Delhi:

The Jama Masjid was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan between 1656 and 1658 with a cost of 50000 rupees (about £37000). The architect was probably Ustad Ahmad Lahori who also designed many other buildings during this period including Akbar's tomb at Sikandra Fort which later became known as Fatehpuri Masjid or "Masjid of Kings";

The Jama Masjid was built on the ruins of an earlier mosque which was destroyed by Sikandar Lodi in 1527 AD. It is one of the best-known buildings and a symbol of religious faith in India.

Akshardham Temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu god Swaminarayan in Gandhinagar, India. The temple is located in the city of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, and is one of the largest Hindu temples in the world. It was built in 2001 by Narottam Thakor and his followers as an alternative to many other large Hindu temples that were built during this time period.

The Akshardham complex includes two main buildings: a main hall called Bhavan (meaning "Hall") which houses an image of Lord Swaminarayan; another hall with smaller rooms called Bagh-e-Bhavani (meaning "Temple Garden"). Additionally, it also houses several other buildings such as schools, hospitals and residences for senior members of their community.[1]

The Akshardham complex is divided into 3 sections: The Bhavnagri (meaning "City of God"), which houses the main temple; the Bagh-e-Bhavani ("Garden of the Goddess"), a large park where visitors can enjoy walking around and visiting various attractions; and Satsang Vihar (meaning "House of Truth") which is an educational center where children are taught about Hindu culture, history and spirituality.

Qutub Minar is a minaret in Delhi, India. It was built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibak to commemorate the first Muslim ruler of Delhi and the city's status as his capital. The brick tower stands 72m high and has been called "the most famous monument in India". The tower was built during the 14th century CE as part of Delhi's Red Fort complex which included other buildings including Humayun's Tomb, Diwan-i-Am (Hall), Quwwatul Islam, and Madrassa Manzil Mina Masjid or Jama Masjid (Mosque).

Qutub Minar has been listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites since 1978 under Historic Monuments category because it represents a significant age-old architectural style with unique architectural style in terms of its construction materials used for building this monument which made it stand out from other structures around the same period

and its significance as a historic monument. It is believed that Qutub-ud-Din Aibak, who was the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, built the tower in 1199 CE as part of his victory over Rajputs at the Second Battle of Tarain. He also started construction on Quwwatul Islam Mosque, which he wanted to be taller than any temple in India and therefore began work on Qutub Minar.

Vrindavan Gardens is a popular tourist destination in Uttar Pradesh. It's a beautiful garden in Vrindavan, and it has many tourist attractions to see. This place is great for families who want to visit with their kids or even adults who just want to relax and enjoy some time away from work.

Sarnath Lion Capital of the World Museum is a museum in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India. The museum is dedicated to the Sarnath Lion Capital of the World. It was established on 14 January 1986 by Dr. Ashutosh Kunwar (former Director General of Archaeology) who had discovered this site during his excavation work at Sarnath.

The museum displays various artifacts discovered at this site including animal bones, pottery and coins, etc., which were found during various excavations conducted by him between 1960-81.

The museum also has a diorama of the Sarnath excavation site, which was created by Dr Ashutosh Kunwar himself. The museum is located in the premises of Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. It is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all days except Monday.
