Offset has finally returned to the stage following the death of Takeoff, and Cardi B has come out in support of him.
Takeoff, who died a few weeks after its release, had a cousin, Offset, who returned to the stage a few weeks later. The father performed at Miami's E11even nightclub last Friday as part of Art Basel celebrations. Some people say that the rapper and his wife, Cardi B, arrived at the venue early in the morning. Ahead of his set, he’s said to have told the crowd, “We’re doing this for my brother. We are going to do some things to start the takeoff process.
It's really surprising that Offset is only now performing for an audience after so many years of hiatus. In the past few weeks, he and his family have both mourned and privately dealt with their loss. “My heart is shattered and I have so many things to say, but I can’t find the words,” the 30-year-old wrote in a heartbreaking statement. I have been waking up and going to sleep hoping this is all a dream, However, in reality, it feels like a nightmare.
